• On Howard St between 5th and 6th St
• Rooms are ~100/130sqft but lofted so can fit a bed on one level and desk/closet on another
• Option to buy furniture currently in room (cheap)
• In process of hiring redecorator
• The place is a steal due to location, lack of windows, and size of rooms. But it’s been great for us - we’ve turned it into a nice place so far and will be even nicer post-redecorating
• Legally an office so can expense the whole rent to your LLC
